Digitel's Corporate Social Responsibility

Digitel is committed to contribute to the well-being of society through its CSR initiatives , and one way Digitel can fulfils this commitment through the initiative of providing food items to people in need during fasting time.

Digitel partnered with religious institutions to carry out this activity, so thank you all saints Church and  Juba Mosques. 

The partnership between Digitel and religious institutions to provide food items to people in need during fasting is a remarkable example of how CSR can positively impact society. Typically, Digitel donate food items like rice, beans, vegetable oil, and other non-perishable food items to religious institutions, which in turn distribute them to the needy. This initiative can also extend beyond the period of fasting, as the religious institutions can continue to distribute the donated food items to the less privileged in their communities.

This CSR initiative has numerous benefits, including reducing food insecurity among the less privileged, promoting social responsibility, and enhancing the relationship between Digitel and the host communities. By providing food items during fasting, Digitel demonstrate it’s  commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged.
